His career spans leadership roles in both corporate and consultancy environments, helping investors, developers and occupiers navigate sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, data management and environmental performance challenges.Compass Works was founded as a platform to bring together experience, curiosity and continuous learning. While drawing on established expertise, Jonathan believes that progress comes from remaining open to new ideas, embracing emerging technologies and finding practical ways to solve complex problems. Through Compass Works, he explores how sustainability, data and innovation can work together to support better decision-making and create meaningful outcomes.
